Cheese 烤 basa


1. 新鲜BASA鱼片表面划刀后,两面均匀抹上地瓜粉和少许盐,淋上柠檬汁。
2. 将没划刀的一面朝上摆在铝箔上放入grill烤半分钟
3. 将鱼片翻身,舀一勺新鲜香菜酱均匀涂在表面,涂得厚厚的
4. 取两三cherry tomato切半后嵌在鱼片上
5. 将Chedar cheese切薄片覆盖在鱼片上 (口味重的话可以改用tasty cheese,不过个人觉得那样cheese的味道会盖过鱼味,喧宾夺主,大不敬也)
6. 把鱼片塞回grill再烤两分钟等cheese融化可以闻到cheese香味时就可以盛盘了
7. 将烤好的鱼片小心铲入盘中,洒上粗粒胡椒粉,取两叶香菜或芹菜点缀
哇,一盘有黄有绿有红有黑的多彩cheese烤鱼就这样出现了,好简单吧。
