香卤牛腱


1. 牛腱肉0。5公斤整块川烫.

2. 酱油,冷水 (量以刚刚能淹没牛腱为宜),四分之一茶匙盐,三分之二茶匙半糖,一茶匙五香粉,一茶匙王守亿调料粉,一大匙辣椒碎,半颗西红柿切小块,和川烫好的牛肉以小火同卤。

3. 将卤好的牛肉放在冰箱中冷却。

4. 小黄瓜去皮切薄片用白糖腌几分中后铺盘。将牛肉切薄片后置于盘中,取几叶香菜切碎洒在牛肉片上即可。
